Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Singapore, S&Y International Partners progressively evolves into a boutique strategic growth & capital project delivery strategy advisory firm, working with forward-thinking engineering & EPCM (Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management) service providers, technology providers, equipment suppliers, manufacturers and investors within the life sciences and FMCG ecosystems to transform, grow and expand in Asia-Pacific - organically and inorganically, to maintain industry relevance and improve competitiveness in the increasingly complex and fast-changing business environment.

The Founder, a Chartered Chemical Engineer and an MBA graduate, worked for over 25 years in APAC and North America within the engineering consulting, EPCM & EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) spaces serving clients in highly complex and regulated biotech/ pharma and food ingredients/ FMCG sectors, He strives to leverage his transferrable skill sets in regional business development, strategy development & execution, general management, project management and professional engineering, alongside his extensive industry ecosystem network, to help Asia-Pacific’s businesses scale, sustain, transform and thrive in the new era.
